Dear Alan & Family, James & I are so sad to hear of the passing of our dear friend, Cathy. James & Cathy graduated high school together in Miss. Cathy & I also were good friends, I loved her spirit and how she was always smiling and had a deep concern for others. James & I are blessed in having known her and sharing in some special times. We will always remember her smile & the love she had for her family. Her family was always very important to her and first in her life. Our hearts share in your sorrow, but we also rejoice in having known her. Be comforted & at peace with the memories you have of her & the time she shared with each of you. I knew Cathy as a dear friend at Crystal Springs MS. Jr. & High School. She and I spent many a night at each other's home and many a mile cruising in my 1955 red Falcon convertible! I remember Cathy always with a smile on her face. She was kind to everyone and well-liked, even as a 'new-comer' where most everyone else had gone to school together since first grade. The last time I saw Cathy at our class reunion, she was still smiling and so proud of her family! I know she was a loving mom and wife, and pray happy memories will comfort you all. I am so sorry she is gone so soon for us all. God bless and sincere condolences.

Alan, I was shocked and pained to hear about Cathy's sudden decline. Please know that all of you were and are in my heart. Please pass my condolences along to Jason and Rachel. When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Cathy’s passing. Cathy and I were best of friends in grade school until I moved. I never forgot her and thought of her often throughout the years. We were re-united last year through e-mail and the bond was still there. She expressed to me the love she had for her family. May you find comfort in your time of grief.
